Ermm… wow! Now, that is a pretty thing! It’s Kiko’s new Neon Glow Serum, £13.90 that uses micro pearls in a helix to create a gel serum boosted with hyaluronic.
Short of hacking it apart, I can’t work out how it comes out that pink shade when the pink strands in the bottle look so fine.. and yet, it’s almost all pink when you pump it out.
I’ve had a little go – I’d have to say I’m not exactly glowing.. it does leave skin with a gleam I guess, that’s a bit more shine than anything, so any foundation over that might pick up some of the shine and your skin would look dewy.
Pretty it is, but the jury here is still out on whether it does indeed give you a glow so radiant it’s NEON!

Woah, it looks like two copper wires in an empty bottle. So pretty! It looks like a great highlighter.
