JVN Complete Conditioning Mist

[unpaid/sample/affiliate/ad] I’m trying to be extra gentle with my hair – how many times have I said that you should treat your hair like your favourite silk shirt and yet somehow not taken that advice myself? The LED light treatment is going well – I’ve stopped feeling silly, but other things I’m doing to help my hair are cutting down on how much I touch it, whether that be extra brushing or extra rinsing. I wanted to cut out the conditioning stage and just do a one-rinse wash and that’s been made extremely easy with the discovery of the JVN Complete Conditioning Mist.

JVN Complete Conditioning Mist

I mean, it’s very uninteresting to look at but gives my hair the most lovely softness and the holy grail at the moment – shine! One of the key ingredients is hemisqualane, a sugarcane derivative that acts like a lot like silicone but without the oiliness that silicone can sometimes bring. You really don’t need a lot – a quick mist over damp hair is all you need so the smaller can at £10 is a good try-me price.

JVN Complete Conditioning Mist

JVN Complete Conditioning Mist immediately detangled, meaning that I don’t have to do any rougher strokes with my brush so I can minimize brushing, and I could feel how softening it is as I dried though. I need to use a brush to style as I dry but was able to use it very lightly. The finish was great – shiny, separated strands that had a bit of bounce and health to them. I don’t really know whether it’s just the hemisqualane at play here or the extracts of hyaluronic, mushroom and black spruce but then, I don’t really care. This is allowing me to condition without rinsing to positive effect and that will do for me! 60ml is £10 HERE.

Hi Jane, I spoke to you about my elderly moms hair, she is doing well I think caring for her hair a bit better. One thing she asked for Christmas was a manta brush designed for people undergoing chemo to be gentle on their hair. Hope that helps.

Thanks so much Sarah – I’ve got a wide toothed brush that I use which I’ve used for years so it gets the minimum of tugging. x

I love everything I’ve bought from JVN, including this very product. Everything works really well, love the eco- conscious packaging and everything smells divine too.

I’m impressed with it too – I’ve been happy with everything I’ve had from that brand.
