I have to give the GOSH Smokey Liner in Black a bit of an accolade for proving that you just don’t need to mega-spend on liners to get amazing quality. It’s just a simple black liner that delivers over and above on the price of £5.99 – it’s super soft, doesn’t move from the lid and smokes up a storm.
What’s not shown is the standard smudger on the other end of the pencil – I always use a brush to smoke my eyes because those little nubs of rubber, while they do the job, aren’t quite as accurate.
