Givenchy L'Eau En Rose
Givenchy L’Eau En Rose

By the time the new Givenchy fragrance, L’Eau En Rose launches in March, we’ll be more than ready to embrace the sparkly, lighter notes of rose. In the info I have, the fragrance is described as a rose sorbet – a perfect description of this crystally scent. Rose is one of the notes that has been worked to death in the beauty industry – I prefer it’s true, unadulterated perfume and I think if you’re going to mess about with rose, you better be doing it justice because it’s pretty much perfect on its own.

So, Very Irresistible, despite adding blackberry and soft musk notes, has that fresh, wet rose scent that doesn’t overpower (although it is quite a strong fragrance) but instead lives in harmony with the skin. I keep smelling my wrist over and over – not rushing to the sink to wash it off as has been the case recently!

If you’re more sorbet than ice-cream and you love roses, I think you’re going to like this! Launch date is 21st March and price for 30ml is £37.50.
