[unpaid/sample] I know this is usually H&M corner but I wanted to flag this smaller brand for its utterly beautiful fabrics sourced and made in Indonesia. Wear The World is founded by Georgie, who on her travels came across the fabrics that you’ll see on her website, but the seamstresses are based in Indonesia, where a percentage of sales goes back to the community in the form of food bags.

I’m flagging up this vivid yellow bag (I’m so drawn to yellow but can never wear it as actual clothes so this bag is perfection!) in a beautiful quality satin.

Inside the bag is a yellow lining with two pockets for your keys or whatever (lipstick, obvs!). If I ever embarked on a Marie Condo sort out, this bag is going nowhere – it’s the epitome of something that sparks joy and does it every single time I look at it. Nothing is going to make up for the wash out of a summer that we’ve had but the bag is just a ray of sunshine. Better yet, it’s £15.99 which feels like an affordable treat to me.
