Loving the look of these temporary hair powders – there are many colours from way bright to more sophisticated like Truffle above. They’ve just launched on the Selfridges site and their edited colour selection is fabulous for doing this look in an understated way. Other shades are Chilli Pepper, Gold Rush and Lavender.
It’s also chemical free – although when you realise you have to spray it with hairspray to seal it, then that’s not such a bonus! However, these are like grown-up hair chalks.. I’d definitely give them a go. They’re £10 HERE.

I’ve tried the kevin murphy color bug ones and they are a MESS! they transfer all over your face and clothes 🙁 you can see the pink one in action on these photos http://www.hungertv.com/photography/feature/young-blood-john-cubillan/
and yes it stained my hair pink afterwards!
