Christophe Robin Perfect Hair Duo

[unpaid/sample/affiliate/ad] I’m a big fan of this hair brand – I’ve only ever met one product I didn’t like (the shampoo bar) with Rose Shampoo & Conditioner as my favourite ‘treat’. I save it for fed-up days. It’s expensive so I hoard it til I really need it :-). I’m happy to see these minis which are brand new – I like product ranges where there is a dip-in option before the full commitment.

The duo set contains Cleansing Purifying Scrub and Regenerating Mask which sets your hair and scalp up for a good cleanse (scalp) followed by a luxurious hydration treatment. I quite like a scalp cleanse although never get past the feeling that it’s like rubbing sand into your head, but it does seem to give an extra clean feeling that’s over and above a normal shampoo only. I think the jury is still out on whether scrubs for scalps are ‘necessary’, but it’s a nice experience if you feel your scalp is over-oily or sensitive. Prickly Pear Mask I’ve used dozens of times and it never fails to give soft, swishy, shiny hair – it’s a true ‘can’t-go-wrong’.  I’m hoping this set is a precursor to more smaller size duos – preferably rosy ones! It’s £17 HERE, non-affiliate HERE.

I love Christophe Robins Cleansing mask with lemon. I got it in a Look Fantastic Xmas box. I wasn’t very impressed the first time I used it. But then I watched a YouTube video with Christophe showing how it should be applied and it’s amazing. I don’t need to use a conditioner after. It’s very expensive though, luckily eBay usually has someone selling for a reasonable price.

The products are great – I don’t think I’ve tried the cleansing mask – or don’t remember it but I feel sold on it now!

I love both of these products. I haven’t tried the rose ones yet but they sound lovely.

      my favourite!

  3. This is such a good brand – a bit pricey but worth it. The Cleansing Volumising Paste is so good for making hair feel thicker and it smells deliciously rosy too.

Although the brand is now sold to the Hut Group, Christophe himself is lovely – an absolutely delightful man which is always good to know.
