Chanel Perfection Lumiere Foundation To Launch

Credit: Robert Mitra

Oh, the Chanellies are doing it again with a comprehensive range of foundations in 23 shades called Perfection Lumiere. Containing a flexible, biopolymer and two types of hemispherical powder (to reflect the light and blur imperfections), the formulation is said to last up to 15 hours and has a semi-matte finish, according to www.wwd.com, and launches in September in the US and January (I think) in the UK.

  1. 23 shades. Well done Chanel. I hope that this range will match easier to my skin than Pro Lumiere! 🙂 Very excited x

  2. I cannot wait to get my mitts on this!

I can’t imagine not being able to find the perfect shade match with 23 colours available. The formula sounds wonderful too, but you expect that from Chanel.

I want this so bad, can’t wait for it to launch.

  5. I just started trying out Pro Lumiere this year, but I could not find a good match for me. I am so excited about the new launch!

  6. I am very excited about the launch of this, I love vitalumiere aqua so I hope this is just as good or better!

  7. Im quite surprised that they have made darker shades of the foundation, usually they don’t make colours for people of colour

  9. Afro Boudoir

Interesting. Competition for MAC perhaps or do they finally realise people come in more than 4 shades. And shades that end in Caramel at best!

  10. Launches in uk on 13th January. UK is getting 16 of the shades. 6 beige tones 4 rose tones and 6 ambre tones. X
