So… the rumours are that Coty are trying to get their hands on Kylie cosmetics, chasing a 51% share. WWD, who reported on it, couldn’t get comments from either party but the value of Kylie Cosmetics is estimated to be around $900 million.
Next has bought the Marie Claire beauty on-line store, Fabled. They’ve been gearing up to this for quite some time but it’s all signed, sealed and delivered. But, I hadn’t realised, because the thought never occurred to me – Fabled was actually owned by Ocado. The strike is a low wage protest – pay them, pay them!
Coming soon to the heart of London, a beauty department store to rival the likes of Ulta. Located on Piccadilly, it’s scheduled for around about September time.

Snippet: More UK beauty ‘influencer’ own-brands heading our way.
