If you’re going to do glitter lips, you have to do it properly! There’s no point starting out with a statement look only to find you’ve lost it half way through the evening. I’ve been putting Beauty Boulevard Glitter Lips to the test and this stuff does not budge! I see on the site that someone put it through a charity fun run, but I haven’t gone quite that far!

The kit comes with a pot of fine glitter, a tube of adhesive and a brush. The adhesive feels like pva – it’s super sticky but dries off quite quickly so you don’t have sticky lips all day. You need to avoid oil based foods – and you can remove it with an oil based cleanser by holding a cotton pad soaked in remover to your lips for a few moments, and then swipe away (I needed to do this more than once). There is a little bit of fall out but if you’ve pressed the glitter really well, and used a fluffy brush afterwards to whisk away any excess, it’s minimal.

If you’re after a sparkly kiss, Beauty Boulevard Glitter Lips is genius. I needed to use lots of balm afterwards, so it’s not an every day item (not sure what you’d need to be doing to want to wear glitter lips every day!). It’s £9.99 HERE.
