Just a quickie to update on the BBB Beauty Box – I’ve had a couple of cross emails, and I don’t blame you – I’m disappointed that not everyone has them yet.
On the day we put the boxes live, PayPal did a major upgrade (they didn’t notify anyone so we had no idea, and nor did anyone else) which meant that information needed to dispatch was delayed – but only very slightly and not all boxes were delayed in any way, in fact very few.
We’ve checked (and treble checked) that the boxes are dispatched and they definitely are – we’re now at the mercy of Royal Mail..
If you don’t have your box, please be assured that it is on its way – I have my fingers crossed for tomorrow. On the confirmation email you will have received when you bought the box, we asked that if you hadn’t had your box by the 11th please let us know because occasionally things happen, but we didn’t actually anticipate that there would be any delay at all.
So, my apologies if you don’t have your box yet – I’m as frustrated as anyone by this but I can’t make magic happen at Royal Mail. Maybe I should offer them a make-over..
