B Matte Red Lipsticks

B Matte Red Lipsticks

Many wows over the B Matte Red Lipsticks that are proving the gap between luxury and purse-friendly brands is getting smaller by the moment. These are highly, highly pigmented and if you love a statement red lip, you have it right here.

Not only are the B Matte Red Lipsticks packed with pigment, but they’re ultra-ultra matte, too. In the swatch above, from bottom to top you can see Alexia, Dita, Suki and Isabella and they’re all powerhouses of colour. The formula claims a non drying texture but at the best of times I’m not a matte fan – I have naturally very creased lips and they’re always exacerbated by mattes but in swatching these do feel quite creamy.

Packaging wise, B has gone all Chanel on us with clicky openers but I still think that the packaging could be taken up a notch. It’s sort of NARS-esq with its matte black tube and a bit of a snip at £7.99 from 25th November. They’re a mistletoe essential if you want to ensure your kiss recipient is in no doubt they’ve been kissed!

Every B. Cosmetics product I have tried I have liked so I am excited to give these a go. You can never go wrong with a red lipstick at christmas.
