Accessory Wednesday : Leather Wedge Converse

Firstly, I probably need to apologise to every fashion blogger in the world – taking pictures of shoes is SO hard! Secondly, these Leather Wedge Converse are like gold dust. I bought the original canvas wedge Converse at the beginning of the summer and have barely worn anything else – I absolutely love them. So, I’ve traded up for winter to the leather version. I bought half a size up from my normal size 5 so I can put some sheepskin insoles in there to keep my feet warm! I know, so rock n roll!

These are the most comfortable shoes of my life and because they’ve got a wedge that won’t kill your back but will give you some extra leg length, they’re every kind of flattering in the world. I wear them with everything – jeans, skinnies, wax trousers and they’re great with everything. However, something is up with Converse distribution – I feel like the wedge Converse expert now because I’ve looked for so long for some more! Some stores get some styles, others get different styles – there is absolutely no rhyme or reason to who gets what. And they’re not that widely available in the first place.
