A Little Beauty Shopping In Selfridges Beauty Workshop

It’s taken me a while to go and experience the new beauty playground in Selfridges, The Beauty Workshop. I wanted to do it in my own time and on my own without a guided tour etc.

So, the space has a whole different vibe to the bussle of the Beauty Hall, it’s a hands-off approach from the staff who just let you wander if you want to but offer low key help if you’re looking lost. There are lots of different brands there from Belmacz and Models Own to Violent Lips and Youngblood Mineral foundations and the space also offers beauty services such as tanning, brow maintenance and manicures.

I bought a couple of quirky little items from a brand called NPW (it’s a very eclectic site HERE), below, which are of more interest than the brands I’ve already heard of – I’m already besotted with my owl balm!

Yep, these nail stickers are as fiddly as they look, but so cute!

The, er, creatively named Owl Shaped Lip Balm is very, very cherry-ish is flavour and smell and gives a light pink tint.

Both items were around £2.50 each.

If it’s owl-themed, I’m there. I wonder if the B’ham Selfridges might have this.

Oh wow! This looks amazing! I definitely want to go and experience this! xx

  4. The place sounds great! Having counter staff pester me is one thing I find really annoying. I much prefer them to offer help if I need it but leave me to my own devices x
