The Yes To Grapefruit Glow-Enhancing Vitamin C Booster can be added to any of your products: cleanser, moisturiser, face mask or serum to add a boost of Vitamin C. It’s actually a watery essence in the tube rather than a cream or thick drops as you might expect.
The liquidity of the product accounts for the bobble nib that dispenses the right amount without it going everywhere. In theory, grapefruit exfoliates and minimises shine, while ascorbic acid in the Vitamin C gives anti-oxidant protection. I have to be truthful and say this isn’t long-term tested by me so I can’t say whether you’ll be more glowy or have brighter skin as a result of it but I do like the idea of adding a gentle exfoliator (in the citric acid in grapefruit) into skin care to keep cells turning over more quickly – it’s your biggest chance of more radiance so in that respect, perhaps it does.
