This is a reader recommend and I’m so pleased to have discovered it (thank you @clbnolan). I haven’t heard of Twelve Beauty before but have been scooting about their website and it’s great for explaining what ingredients do and exactly what’s in each product. They’re called Twelve because they work from a base of 12 natural ingredients.
I’m keen on lip oils and love hyaluronic so it’s a bit of a match made in heaven. I’ve been using the Verso Lip Treatment daily because my lips always look dry although they don’t always feel dry. Great as it is, it’s £55, and to be honest, I think I’m getting the same comfort and nourishment, as well as smoother lips, with Twelve at £28.
On the lip, the tasteless and odourless liquid is not quite a gloss – more of a lip sheen really, so it looks natural and feels absolutely lovely. It’s not in the least sticky but does feel a bit more weighty than other lip oils (Clarins etc) I’ve tried, but is much more efficacious in smoothing. I’m definitely a convert and you can find it HERE.
