Origins Ginzing Glow Boosting Gel Moisturiser

[unpaid/sample/affiliate/ad] I’ve had this sitting on my desk for a couple of weeks now because my magpie eyes got distracted by this brand’s new glosses and I forgot about the little pot of moisturiser entirely.

Origins Ginzing Glow Boosting Gel Moisturiser

You couldn’t have surprised me more at the contents! I was expecting your standard white, bouncy cream but instead when I lifted the lid it is actually a kind of golden bronze pearlised colour. It’s crushed minerals giving the visual luminosity and they’re so finely milled that you don’t light up like a Christmas tree when it’s on your skin. Instead, you get a wash of diffused iridescence that ensures your cheekbones catch the light whichever way you move.

Origins

In terms of performance, the players are the same as the rest of the Ginzing collection using coffee and ginseng to give skin a perk up, with, I’d say, a medium moisture effect. Good for skin that doesn’t need drenching but does need some unobtrusive hydration with jojoba, squalene and shea. It also contains citrus essential oils which makes it smell like a freshly cut orange but no good if you are sensitive to essentials. At £26 this is a great summer moisturiser – annoyingly it is sold out at Origins who have a 20% off offer (in fact, I could only track one site that has it still in stock so it’s not just me that’s rating it) on absolutely everything (so if you need to stock up on anything  use code JUNE20 HERE) but there is still some stock HERE, non affiliate HERE.

made with Coffee, Ginseng, and Feel-Good Hydrators, instantly refreshes and revs up your complexion, while finely crushed mineral pearls illuminate all skin tones with a natural look. It simultaneously uplifts the senses with Citrus Essential Oils—the fan-fave GinZing™ scent.
