Nails Inc Sheet Masks

Yes, you read that right.. Nails Inc and Sheet Masks. Nail brands have had a very hard time in the past few years – after an unbelievable surge in nails (thank you beauty bloggers!), the market has very much leveled out. So brands that invested everything in nails are having to come up with diversification ideas that will expand their offerings to a wider market. I still love a good polish but I’m not as obsessed as I once was and I think that’s reflective of many people.

There are four masks (a couple of hand masks too) – the best thing about them is that the brand has studied Korean trends and brought out patterned masks well before other UK brands who have stayed serious about the whole sheet mask thing. I love a pattern (have always hankered after a Psy mask – remember Gangnam Style?) for putting the delight into the masking process. You’re never going to be pretty in a sheet mask but at least with a patterned one you don’t look like you should be weilding an axe.

My dinner plate is acting as a model here! The cat style is a skin pep (the no sleep thing again – a trend!), while the Flower Power mask is hydrating. Instant Detox is a re-balancing mask and the second mask in my pictures is 40 Winks which is anti-ageing. I am sure they meant pro-ageing *cough*.

Funnily enough, straight after I’d got my hands on two precious samples of the Nails Inc Sheet Masks, I went for laser facial (more on that to come) and the therapist recommended a sheet mask when I got home. So, I have had my cat-mask debut. I found the mask perfectly fine without being miraculous – it certainly did a decent moisture surge which was exactly what I needed.

The Nails Inc Sheet Masks launch today for £5 each HERE. Remember, Nails Inc haven’t got with the free postage programme yet, so you may find yourself paying nearly as much for the postman to bring as it will cost you to wear it so you might want to split an order with a friend if you are dying to try. Watch out too for Nails Inc entering the make up market – lipsticks to match or contrast your polish. Cannot wait to see these!

  1. I’m slowly getting on board with the sheet mask trend. I know that they are a touch on the gimmicky side and a pain to keep on (especially if you have a newborn baby kicking off every 5 minutes) but I do like the Garnier Moisture Bomb one. I’ve also just ordered a pack of Tony Moly ones for Amazon that I can’t wait to try.

  2. I’m embarrassed to say I still haven’t used a sheet mask – I really have to get some for the winter. I love these Nails Inc. ones though. I can just imagine all the great Instagram pictures that will come from these!

I’ve had so bad expierences with Nails Inc that I wouldn’t dare touching them with a fork. I have no clue why people still fall for Nails Inc. I’ve never had polish chip on the day of applying, and it’s also the only brand where I NEED at least two layers of polish. With every other brand it’s down to preference.

  4. I love the Estee Lauder gold foil ones although I know some people don’t. Love the bit where you peel it off and rub the gunk in! Only for before bedtime though, too faffy any other time. Just have to add, I had an amazing Nails Inc mani at Harvey Nichols the other day. It blew me away, dried in seconds and looked good as new for over a week! The lipsticks should be interesting…

  5. These are so cute. Maybe I wouldn’t scare my flatmates if I was wearing one of them.
