La Roche Posay Anthelios SPF50 Pocket Size

La Roche Posay Anthelios SPF50 Pocket Size

So, I think everyone knows Anthelios – it’s widely available and a standard setter in sun protection being UVA/UVB and Infrared protective. It’s also water-resistant (so you can jump in that fountain if the heat gets you!). The news is that it’s now available in a pocket size – 30ml – which is the handiest thing ever because it really does fit in a jeans pocket being about the same size as a packet of Tic-Tacs.

So, I’m thinking of a myriad of uses – in Mr BBB’s pocket when he goes on one of his long walks, in school bags, in handbags, in picnic bags, dog walking bags, in your gym kit, your swim kit, your running kit or even in the car. If we’re to truly incorporate sunscreen into our every day, then we need simple solutions like this. I’ve taken the lid off – it’s easily refillable from a large bottle of Anthelios which will save you re-buying time and time again. I wish someone would make a sturdy, refillable container like the one above for sun screen – I’d buy loads. Anyway, the RRP for this is £10 but I’ve found them over at Escentual for £6.66 (and there is a dedicated kids’ version) HERE so snap them up! No excuses for a red nose now.

  1. Thank you for the heads up Jane. I love Anthelios (I’ve got it on right now in fact) and this mini size would be so handy. X

I love that this is refillable. Perfect for short summer breaks when you can only take carry on.
Jane, would you consider a post on your go-to face and body sun creams? There’s so many to choose from and I imagine you’ve tried them all…

I have just bought La Roche Posay Anthelios XL Anti Shine factor 50 facial sunscreen and I love it. No white cast and no stickiness or greasiness. I was using a much more expensive product before but hated the feeling of a film that it left on my face. I really think a lot of more expensive brands could learn a thing or two from La Roche Posay!

  4. I’m shopping for hot weather travel essentials at the moment, love this dinky packaging and love their skincare.

Shame of the alcohol in the product. My skin dries out in no time.
