[unpaid/sample/affiliate/ad] I’m not good with slimy things and almost never use a sheet mask on that basis – it has to be something really, really enticing to make me endure the time with a slurpy thing on my face. However, I don’t mind eye masks because they’re not so, er, encompassing and in fact can feel very refreshing after a day at the lap top.

I am fully on board with the Vitamin C (orange) version (shot through with gold for some extra glam) which is nicely soothing and revitalizing. You will certainly feel more zingy and peppy in the eye area post mask and even more so if you keep in the fridge before using which will give a double puff attack. Nails Inc markets these as post party which I really do get – but since parties have been thin on the ground I’d suggest they’re more for sleepless eyes or even accidentally-one-rose-too-many eyes.

There are 20 pairs in a pack (£20 HERE) – I can’t help thinking an absolute gain would be to swap the plastic tweezers for some wooden ones. I have some for getting hot toast out of the toaster – we call them toast nippers!

I’m a bit less on board with the Avocado version – because I have had to deal with a lot of slugs this summer. Interestingly, the green comes from moss extract (and a bit of colouring) but you will find these to be moisturising as well as refreshing. They’re pleasantly – and lightly – scented with a genetic floral. Again, in the fridge for turbo charge cooling and de-puffing. They’re also £20.
