[productsample/affiliatelink] I don’t often feature beauty boxes these days unless they’re amazing value because there are just so many about, but this one caught my attention for the sturdy see-through bag that everything comes in which I think SpaceNK sell separately.
I usually use a clear M&S travel bag but it’s nothing like as sturdy as this, particularly round the sides. Because the SpaceNK version is clear and the right size for carry-on, it’s very handy – you can see exactly what’s in there and so can airport security. I used to get nervous about this type of bag in case security was going to be really strict on using those flimsy little freezer bag things but I’ve never yet been stopped and told to swap over.
Inside, you’ll find five products (all from the Lauder family and within the Darphin group) to take away with you. There’s Darphin Hydraskin Light day cream, 30ml, Becca First Light Priming Filter, 30ml, Bumble & Bumble Surf Spray 50ml, Becca Shimmering Skin Perfector Mini Champagne Pop and Glamglow Thirsty Mud 15g.
The only one that’s a bit pointless for me personally is Bumble & Bumble Surf Spray since when humidity hits on holiday I look like I’ve been freshly rescued from the sea all the time – I can’t see a surf spray is going to help. But, the value on this is okay – it costs £50 and is worth £105 and if they’re all products you use then it’s an absolute bargain. It’s the bag that’s the draw for me though, as well as the Darphin and mini Becca glow. SpaceNK are doing several value sets (hence the SpaceNK bag) and this is easily one of the best. It’s HERE, non affiliate HERE. If you like the look of the bags but don’t need any more minis, they’re £24 HERE, available in black as above but more excitingly in a shiny iridescent colourway (other shades have sold out).
