Anything like the Nails Inc Alice + Olivia collection is right up my street – beauty brands and fashion collaborations can often go wrong with neither party being well represented, but this, in my view, is all things right.
Nails Inc Alice + OliviaThe collaboration is split into two collections – the Alice + Olivia kit, with four small size shades inside, priced at £25, which would easily be my preference over full size (trying to cut down on guilty mostly full large bottles). If you don’t know the Alice + Olivia fashion brand, it’s high end and very pretty (I always imagine Audrey Hepburn wearing their clothes) and, of course, very expensive. So, collaborations like this give consumers an entry point into a fashion brand that might otherwise be out of reach. I’m not really sure I quite ‘get’ the inspiration of late 60’s and early 70’s style London .. but it doesn’t matter, really, because the shades are exactly what my eyes have been craving!
Nails Inc Alice + OliviaWithin the x 4 box, shades are Ruby Night Sky, Gold Goddess, Paris Rouge and Next To Nothing.

Grrr.. Nails Inc and their silver caps! I’ve deleted all the pictures with my face glaring through the lense, but hands are unavoidable, I’m afraid! Large size bottles are £15 each and the shades are (from front) Rose & Poetry, Black Diamond, Midnight Merlot (identical as far as I can tell to Ruby Night Sky) and Next To Nothing, again.
Nails Inc Alice + OliviaThe Nails Inc Alice + Olivia collection launches in August at NailsInc.com (and Sephora stores). Who would you like to see Nails Inc do a collaboration with?

These nail polish colours look so pretty
These shades are quite nice from Nails Inc. I think they have got very teenage like of late with all the special effects. You can’t beat a good glossy finish on the nail.
