Let’s hear it for the UK Ladies Curling Team – rocking it out on the ice in French manicures and full-on red nails, lipgloss and plenty of mascara! You don’t see that level of grooming glamour on the Super-G.

Not true! I used to ski race and I can assure you the girls do make quite an effort, though it’s usually very much the natural look as that’s the aesthetic. Check it out – there’s mascara and hair product going on there.

Its about time that some femininity and beauty was introduced into sport. I think the Ladies look great.
