[unpaid/sample/affiliate/ad] As yet, I haven’t seen a single thing from Westman Atelier that isn’t of the very highest quality. The new (ish) Westman Atelier Super Loaded Tinted Highlighter is not called ‘super loaded’ for nothing. It’s a starburst of miniscule shimmers that catch the light at every turn. Today isn’t the best day to capture it because there is such low light – it needs a bit of summer to make it sing.

There’s a little visual trickery here because on opening, you could be mistaken for thinking that this is a powder. However, one stroke of a brush or finger will put you on the right track and reveal the creme formula. The texture is buttery and silky at the same time and the colour is a dusky pink.

You can use this wherever you want really – but it’s £69 so you might want to save it for eyes and cheeks only. One of my first thoughts was that it would look so pretty over sun-kissed shoulders and when I win the lottery I’ll use it exactly for that! Until then, I like it as an eye highlighter just dabbed on bare lids – I still don’t know quite how I feel about major highlight on cheeks any more – I think I prefer lo-fi on my face. The formula itself contains hyaluronic so it’s perfect for complexions but I’m not ready!

I’ve taken a rotten picture below in the light box which is too small to get an arm in but I’ll put it up anyway so you can see (a bit) what it’s like in non-natural-grey-light.

I get a lot of questions about Westman Atelier products – they are super luxury and the prices reflect that but perhaps worth the spend for a brand that gets it right every time (so far). The packaging is exceptional on this – a proper, weighty compact that comes in its own nude-pink pouch so the result is very much a premium feel. You can find it HERE, non-affiliate HERE.

I’m always interested in this brand, I look at different pieces and think should I spring for it?
I then look at it on her on YouTube and I’m instantly turned off, I don’t know if it’s the application and I can’t honestly put my finger on what I dislike but my credit card goes straight back in my wallet. It’s the same when I’ve seen it used on Demi Moore and other celebrities.
I have the same reaction when I see Bobbi Brown’s new Jones Road range that she’s produced.
interesting! I love the Westman stick blush – absolutely gorgeous – that’s the one thing I’d say would be a sure winner. I don’t watch YouTube so I’ve never seen her applying. If you’re not sure though, leave well alone – there are so many brands to choose from!
I love this range, I don’t own much, just what I need, which isn’t much. Because it’s just so good – I have not much interest in other brands, so have saved money on makeup.
On saying this tho, I do find the mascara a bit of a challenge, makes my eyes smart and runs too easily.
I don’t think I’ve used the mascara but what a shame. Yes, it’s a beautiful range and I like your policy of only having what you really need.
I’m obsessed with Westman Atelier and Gucci’s collection of fab sweaters. I dont watch her Youtube but her IG is ace, just want to buy everything!
I am categorically NOT going to follow her because I’m a jumper addict and I know I’ll be influenced :-))))
Oh myyyyy Jane, you can just see the gorgeousness jumping off the page there. I’ve been tempted by a few Westman products, I’ve heard great things about their foundation, but just never taken the leap. Especially now when I am off foundation. But this is screaming at me to buy it
It is a lovely thing… I can’t deny it!
