This is such a cool brand! Too Cool For School is a popular brand in Korea (although it’s created in New York according to their website – I genuinely thought it was part of the Tony Moly empire) because it’s got all the quirky credentials but delivers some very decent result.

I think Selfridges is the first place to lock this down as a stocked brand in the UK and if you like beauty with some fun attached, then you’ll love Too Cool For School. Mr BBB brought me back the Too Cool For School Foaming Egg Mousse which is the foamiest cleanser I’ve ever come across, and as you can see from the Egg Cream Sheet Mask, egg is a thing for this brand!

I literally have no idea where the idea for dinosaur imagery came from – but Dino Platz Cushion Foundation and Dino Platz mascara are both great products. I particularly like the mascara and the simplicity of the brush because it gives nicely spiked lashes without an overdelivery. It’s not using a flexible formula so if you’ve bought into the more recent ‘bendy’ formula mascaras that keep your lashes soft, it’s a harder lash result than those but deep, deep black. I’ll definitely use it.

On to the cushion foundation – square, which I haven’t seen before, and a high coverage. However, I don’t think these have been modified for more western tones so you may find that it’s difficult to select a colour for your tone unless you have Asian skin (Asian foundations tend to have more yellow tones) I found that when I bought my first Missha BB in Hong Kong – it was difficult to get a tone match and I had to go for the darkest one available. So far, Selfridges has a small selection on line (HERE) but may have more variety in the Oxford Street Store, and more will appear on line as it rolls out.
