Too Cool For School Part II
Too Cool For School Part II

Very embarrassingly, I’m revisiting Too Cool For School because I completely failed to find the main points of the products in the first post. There’s no excuse really, other than it’s what happens if you’re trying to do too much at once – I’ve been madly scheduling posts (I’m away for two days in Paris tomorrow and Thursday) and took my eye off the ball. So, here we go – Too Cool For School Part II!

The Dinoplatz Escalator Mascara (and I didn’t even wonder why it was called ‘escalator’) has a handy twist mechanism that changes the brush from short and fat to long and skinny – and obviously, anywhere inbetween. This means, with length and density control, you can get the lash look that you want.

I totally failed to discover the CC Concealer, Highlighter and Lip & Cheek Colour in a little tray at the bottom of the Dinoplatz UFO Palette (£34) which are all kinds of sweet.

I mean, how?! This makes the palette a much more interesting prospect than a basic cushion foundation.

In the swatch above, it’s the cushion foundation first, followed by the lip and cheek, the concealer and the highlighter. As you can see, the highlighter is barely there – but the nature of this palette is low key, pretty and natural looking. It’s HERE.

The mascara hasn’t launched on line at Selfridges yet, but is available in store if you’re passing.
