I don’t hear a lot about T Le Clerc these days but I used to love this brand (famous for it’s Poudre Banane which, as a yellow toned illuminating powder that was widely copied) so I’m pleased it’s getting more presence in the UK. Apart from the prettiest, floral embellished powder, there is the skinniest mascara I have ever seen in my life!
T Le Clerc High Precision Mascara truly is a mascara you get from root to tip (ever noticed that with the big volumising brushes, it’s a random root application if indeed you can get it anywhere near the roots at all!) and a revelation for those who love an ultra-precise, lash by lash application. It’s a first for me – I’ve never come across such a slender wand. I’m pretty sure that when this gets released make up artists up and down the country will be chasing it down. The formula feels quite flexible so lashes retain a soft look. The mascara is £22.
There’s nothing much to say about the powder other than if you use powder, T Le Clerc’s are legendary for their mattifying and complexion enhancing with a super-fine formula and the Hydrating Pressed Powder, embossed with flowers, contains hyaluronic acid so it’s not too drying. It’s £36.
The T Le Clerc Collection Premiere is their spring/summer collection and hasn’t launched yet but you can browse what they already have on offer HERE.
