Superdrug Flutter Palettes

When Zoella put a picture of a guinea pig on her make up bag with her beauty range, well, guinea pigs suddenly got a beauty currency! Cute bunnies always have had some beauty sway, and deer at Christmas, of course, but the little old guinea pig? Who knew?

One is a lip palette with four shades and little lip brush, and the other is an eye palette with a double ended applicator.

At £4 each (yes, really) they’re just made for gifting. I know they’re really young, but actually, I’m quite delighted with mine because I veer towards anything with lovely packaging. They’re HERE.

More excitingly, perhaps, is this. I imagine that mums are deluged with requests for beauty advent calendars by their young daughters now that they’re firmly a thing, but I’m not sure we expect to get tapped for big money. Advent calendars used to be things of windows, a snow scene and some glitter if you were lucky, and if you paid more than a couple of quid for them, that was considered high end! The Flutter Advent Calender has a tiny beauty treat behind each window and is comparitively very cheap at £12.
