I blogged about the Stila Sunset Serenade palette before it launched and have used it so much since that I thought I’d give it another outing now that you can actually buy it.

I’m using it as a blush palette mainly because despite its glossy appearance, it works well for a pop of colour with a slight sheen to it. The formula is one of the few that does actually work well on either lip or cheek (mostly what happens is that they’re too shiny on cheeks and too dry on lips!) but my use is mainly cheek. The first two shades are the ones I have dipped into the most – particularly the second shade which is an amplified coral and that’s always good on my skin tone and with smoky neutrals which I like to wear.

I use my Clarins creme blush a great deal – but this palette is a good alternative option when I feel I need more of a colour boost or a variation in blush tone. Anyway, if you’re in the mood for spring cheeks, the Stila Sunset Serenade Palette (my version is Warm Apricot) is £16 HERE.
