For some reason, I always expect palettes like this one from Revlon to be creme rather than powder. This is definitely powder although it has such a fine finish I did really think it was creme til I put my finger in it! The brand is calling it holographic – I say that’s a stretch. But, it does burnish up very beautifully and you don’t need much product to get the glow.
The shades are quite light even though this is the deeper of the two available (Sunlit Dream) – the other is a bit more unicorn-y (Galaxy Dream). The powder is silky rather than oily which some high glow powders can be and that’s a plus if you’re prone to oil.
I think it’s pretty good value for £10.99 when you don’t want to go £20++ or more – easily done! Anyway, it’s HERE.
