This is such a great name for a mascara – I love it. It’s Maybelline’s new wax-free mascara that comes off with warm water so if you have fragile lashes that break easily with removal, it’s one to look out for because it really does disappear in a ‘snap’… cough.

At coat one I thought it wasn’t going to work but by coat 3 my lashes were dark, long and thick as well as nicely fanned out but crucially, not clumpy. That you need to use 3 coats for a full look means you will power through this more quickly than mascaras that are generous from the get-go. I wore it all day yesterday – the weather was misty rain – and despite cursing myself for picking a ‘wash off’ to trial, it didn’t smudge or disappear. Snapscara is good for sensitive eyes, apparently, so all round it’s a win and well priced at £5.99 (on offer at Superdrug from £7.99) HERE. I noticed in the US it comes in several shades but I could only find Very Black in the UK.

Liking the sound of this one I think I’ll be picking it up soon for sure, save my poor lashes.

Is this a tubing mascara? If so, will definitely pick it up!
That’s a good question.. no I don’t think it is – it doesn’t feel or behave like one but I had to google it myself because I just could’t tell at first glance.
I have been waiting for this mascara, hoping it would come in different colours – do you know if the brand is planning to launch them?
I don’t know – I could only find black in the UK.
