L’Oreal Paris Superliner Black N Sculpt

I’m absolutely sure that the L’Oreal Paris Superliner Black N Sculpt isn’t the first liner to put a little bobble on the end of the tip, but I just can’t remember who else did it. But, this is one of the most controlable felt pen style liners I’ve ever used – even I managed to get a decent, and identical, line on both eyes!

You can vary the width of the line, but actually, for above lash lining, it seems to be the perfect width as it is. The ink is super black and comes out in an even flow – I think it’s the best liner of its type that I’ve ever used. I’ll be interested to see how long it lasts before drying up, but at £6.99, snap it up if you see it. It’s awesome.

Don’t forget though… lining like this isn’t easy for everyone – my ‘cat flicks’ usually look like a monkey did them – it can take a lot of practice to get those lines perfect, so don’t feel downhearted if you don’t get it right first time, and do test the flow on your arm first so you get an idea of what’s coming out before you put it straight to your eye. It’s HERE.

  1. High praise indeed Jane so I’m off to try and buy it ahead of the rush you’ve probably started!

  2. Wow!! The finish looks incredible! I bought the S&G Eyeliner pen a few weeks ago but I couldn’t get on with it and have been looking for a replacement. I think I just found it, thank you!!! 😀 xx

  3. I think Maybelline did one with a ball thing on the end. I’m not sure though. I’ve heard that these types of eyeliners are surprisingly easy to use. I’m always in the market for the ‘perfect’ liquid liner. I’m definitely going to check this out xx

Looks good, I can never get a good flick, at the moment I am using UD pencil and I use an eye liner brush .
Hope one day to get a good flick that looks the same on both eyes.

I picked this up today and I’m sorry it is without a doubt the worst eyeliner I have ever tried. Maybe I just picked up a rubbish one because the pigmentation is awful. It looks just as watery on the lid as it does my hand and the colour runs. Plus I can do pretty decent flicks but with this it is impossible – maybe I just need a step by step guide! This liner just does not work for me at all!

Wow.. I’m so surprised that you say that.. and really sorry if bought on my recommendation. I really don’t get along with this type of liner so finding one that worked was a big surprise – maybe you should take it back in case it was a dud one.. mine was full of pigment as you can see in the swatch on my hand.

  6. Hmmmm…..interesting))) Not sure that it can be comfy for me)

I’m current using Stila liquid liner but I would love to find a more affordable option!
