A little more Lipstick Queen news for anyone who can’t get on board with a black blush! Poppy is bringing out a trio of nudes, The Truth, The Whole Truth and Nothing But The Truth. Honestly, the names alone and I’m in!
The shade I have here is The Whole Truth, a high pigment, mid tone nude. The Truth falls more pink, and Nothing But The Truth falls more beige, while this one has a peachy element to it.
I mean, that’s every kind of wearable. I was expecting them to be matte, but thankfully they’re sheeny which gives them a level of vibrancy that’s always lost with mattes.
My sample came with these brilliant Truth or Dare cards – would you rather only be able to whisper or only able to shout? Tricky one. As for singing what you say for the next half an hour – I need to introduce the compiler to guessing what’s for tea through the medium of dance. Yes, we really have done that – you need to see Mr BBB’s pirouette.
These are an August launch for £22 each.

I love Lipstick Queen lipsticks. My favourite is Frog Prince, but I might have to try this. This shade looks perfect for me, and I’m not a fan of a matte finish so this might be awesome!
