I think I posted about a single colour of the Lipstick Queen Nothing But The Nudes lipsticks back in the summer, but they brand has subsequently issued more colours so thought I’d re-visit this expanded collection, not least because it’s a welcome change up from the traditional ‘winter reds’ and ‘berry colours’. There are ten shades in the collection so there is a nude for everyone and any skin tone. It’s a reminder of what a long way the beauty industry has come in terms of inclusiveness – it’s not so long ago that the term ‘nude’ in the case of lip colour was heavily weighted to a randomly beige shade that didn’t take into account at all that nude is a completely different colour depending upon your tone. Nude is never one colour.

These particular lipsticks are lovely and creamy – there’s no drag when you apply and they feel smooth and rich on the lip. They also have a shine finish – yay!! No drying mattes here.

In the swatch above, from bottom to top, it’s: Sweet As Honey, Hanky Panky Pink and Blooming Blush.

In this swatch, from bottom to top: Cheeky Chestnut, Truth or Bare, Naked Truth and Tempting Taupe (a SpaceNK exclusive shade).
They’re £22 each (I’ve seen so many £30 lipsticks that seems reasonable at this point!) HERE.

I agree with you. Nude is never one colour. Also I consider that one more color, lighter is necessary. For people with very light skin.
Who doesn’t like nude lips? So true that nude is never one color! It is great for every occasion, only finding the right shade might be not so easy.

I love Lipstick Queen, and I’m currently wearing Nothing but the nudes original color, perfect for any outfit and great for travel as you only need to pack this one single color!
Ooo these are pretty!
