Once again, I’m going to suggest you ditch kindly festive thoughts and think of the Kat Von D Everlasting Liquid Lipstick Set as gift to self and a chance to try this raved about liquid matte for yourself in 8 shades. These are ultra-bold and £38 for the set of smaller sized lipsticks.
I think the swatch shows you just how colour packed these are and if you love a matte lip and are prepared to be experimental with shades, it’s something of a winner. Alternatively, split the pack with a friend, or if you’re being super-organised and making your own beauty crackers or baubles, this is a great break-up set. Shades from left to right are: Echo, Luv, Mother, Backstage Bambi, Santa Sangre, Lovesick, Roxy and Plath. The last two are brand new although I have to say a matte brown lip doesn’t grab me!
Inexplicably, the set isn’t on-line at Debenhams so it’s an in-store purchase for now.
