Isadora Glitter Liners

Isadora Glitter Liners

Even if you don’t go full on shiny lids, a slick of glitter liner (if it’s a decent one) is a lovely thing – I recommend it often if you’re losing your lids a little because you will twinkle when you blink. I prefer it just on its own really rather than as a liner over other shades; personally I just put my foundation over my lids or use a neutral shade, do a line of black and then glitter over that. Obviously, lots of mascara to follow!

Isadora Glitter Liners

As you can see from my arm, I’ve been playing with glitters! Actually, the little random sprinkles you see are from some professional loose glitters (I am covered in them) and not the Isadora liners because those really stay put. I’m not great at a fine line but also have gone heavy so you can see it well. They’re impressive in that they give a decent amount of very twinkly glitter in a stroke (the brush is very fine) or two and didn’t dry out and fall down my face. I think they’re gorgeous and a good alternative for a party look if you don’t want to go heavy on colour but just need something to bring up the look. They’re £12.95 each which I think is a good price HERE.

Spooky timing as I just picked up a glitter liner yesterday, these look lovely , but I got – L’Oreal Glitter Fever in Blue Nova…I feel technically I’m a bit to old for a glitter eye but it just said “buy me buy me I will make you feel festive”, and it was at the end of whole day festive shopping and the sales assistant although young enough to be my daughter…(granddaughter??!) tried it in me and said it looked great…(without my 5 x magnifying mirror I couldn’t even see it!!). #sparkleatanyage

You are NEVER too old for glitter … repeat as many times as necessary ;-))))
