Once again, I Heart is hitting the spot with affordable but visually exciting makeup. The I Heart Makeup Light & Glow is a two shade highlighter/blush in a cream gold and pastel pink gold – they’re both shade shifty (we’re not talking Urban Decay shifting proportions) but subtle. Despite the fact it looks ‘young’, if you like to highlight subtly or are at ‘starter’ highlighting stage, then this is an every-woman buy. The texture is smooth, blends perfectly and doesn’t feel drying on the skin. If you’ve got a pale tone, it’s perfect.
Sister product is the Bronze & Glow, which is better for deeper tones, although it’s a mid-tone bronze complimented by a gold, slightly peachy highlight so I see it as fairly flexible. That burnished cheek look, which this gives very nicely, isn’t as tone-dependent as blush or foundation.
