[samples] Yesterday I visited the Huda Beauty Pop Up in Covent Garden just a little bit before it opened to the public so I could see it in all its galactic finery. As an experience, it’s wonderful – I loved it, but then I did have the benefit of being literally the only person in the shop.
I don’t think I’ve ever been to such a glamorous pop-up – there’s a silver throne room (with throne) for the Instagram snaps as well as iridescent giant crystals (moon rocks?).
Even the store staff are dressed in space-suits (no helmets!!) so the brand has gone a long way to complete the theme and keep it interesting. I forgot to take a picture of the outside but if you think pink, shiny, spiky space-ship you’re near enough.

The best thing, apart from the purple fluffy slippers, is this limited edition lip set below, that’s only available in the pop up (and is proving to be the best seller so I can’t think we have seen the last of it).
The Huda tins are usually around £29 so I imagine this is the same.
Inside, there’s a Full-size Lip Contour pencil, Mini Strobe in Enchanting and Mini Liquid Matte in the brightest possible red in Heartbreaker.
You get the strobe effect from the top gloss so you can rev up your red (not that it needs it) or wear either individually. There are several options on the UK Huda Beauty site HERE but if you want the Union Jack tin, you’ll have to get it at the pop-up. Oh, and skin care is coming next year from this brand.
