Hildun Beauty Silk To Set Kohl Liner Review

[unpaid/sample] I’ve written before about the Hildun Beauty kohls – I love them. They’re as soft and buttery as you can get, while having the benefit of decent last.

There are two new shades – Emerald and Pecan. There’s not much that I can say makes my beauty heart leap for joy when it arrives through my door but new Hildun liners certainly ticked that beauty-feel box. I love both shades and will wear both – they’re easily on a par, quality wise, with Victoria Beckham liners (I’ve used Bronze all summer long) which are £10 more expensive than Hildun.

I’m wearing Emerald on the left and Pecan on the right in this picture (please don’t judge – this humidity is literally painful for my hair!!).

Pecan on the bottom, Emerald on the top. If you love to keep your waterline smoky, these are for you. Nothing more to say than that :-). You can find Hildun liners for £16 each HERE.

Nice. I like a squodgy one so it doesn’t skip over my eyelid wrinkles

These look lovely. I’m a huge fan of Victoria Beckham liners as well. Have just had a notification from Lisa Eldridge about her new Kohl liners, coming soon. The colours look great but I am baulking at the cost of £24, slightly less than VB. Have you had a chance to try these yet? Will be interested to hear your views.

No – I haven’t tried but actually I am not sure they are kohls – she’s quite careful to call them gel eye liners. If you want kohls and don’t want the VB expense, Hildun is the best I’ve found.

You introduced me to this brand a year or so ago and their cocoa and their black kohls have now taken over from my VB ones. They sharpen much better than the VB pencils which, even using her accompanying sharpener, often develop a roughness to the wood which can scratch as you line.
I just bought the Hildun pencil in the new shade Blaze as well – an absolutely beautiful copper.
Thanks to Brexit, delivery now takes more than a week and my eyeliners were accompanied by 8 A4 sheets of forms but there were no additional charges to pay on receipt.

Yes, They’re really good. I keep hassling them to make metallic ones aka VB but they never reply :-(( I love the VB gold because it’s got some black in the background – I haven’t seen the copper shade yet but it sounds very tempting!
