It’s a big celebration for Guerlain beauty in 2017 – 30 years of Meteorites! I would love to see the original version. I’ll do more of a story on them in the New Year because I find them fascinating, but for now, I’ll just focus on what’s in front of me. The celebration collection is in iridescent pearl – super pretty. Inside the globe, you find the pearls (gosh, I’m sure I’ve called them balls all my life!) in rainbow, champagne, pink and mauve, each with a specific complexion enhancing role.

Next up is the blush – you can think of this as ‘squashed’ pearls – a glowy, highlight driven pink powder containing the rainbow pearls for shimmer, pink pearls for brightening and fuchsia for colour. Happy glow, indeed!

I’ve truly fallen in love with the blush brush – it’s ridiculously beautiful! Detailed, precise and soft. Oh, and pink!

Finally, there are two lipsticks in the Kiss Kiss formula – in Blossom Glow (front) and Pearly Pink, both in the iridescent casings.
I don’t have a price list for this yet, but expect a January launch. There is also a new collection from the La Petite Robe Noir range and a beautiful limited edition lipstick for Chinese New Year yet to come, but I’ve no samples of these so can’t show you any of it until the New Year. I love the Guerlain Spring 2017 Happy Glow collection – it’s a small edit (notice how small edits are becoming more popular across the board) but so pretty and I think collectors will rush for this one!

OMG!!!! I love that blush. Haven’t used the Balls(as most call them), for years now. I remember using in the 90s, I kept loosing balls which seemed to jump out of the pot. Next thing the cat was playing round the floor with them. LOL
