[unpaid/sample] Imagine trying to explain what perfume you’re wearing after a few glasses of wine – not sure I’d be able to coherently reel off the full name even sober. But, oh my! Look at that bottle! It’s one of four Signorina bottles that have been given a colourful make-over.
Misteriosa is an oriental floral – it’s somewhat powerful so if you love to be enveloped in that type of perfume you’ll love it. There are fruity notes of blackberry, floral notes of tuberose and orange blossom and a really big whack of vanilla and patchouli.
If that sounds a bit too weighty, you can find Rebelle (in shocking pink), In Fiore (in bright red) and the original Misteriosa (in pale pink). The finish is matte which somehow makes them even more striking with a hand-feel akin to holding a cool stone. The last on Misteriosa is long – a whole day on me with the intensity diminishing but the notes staying … this version is not quite for me but I am going to look at that bottle for a very, very long time. Weirdly, In Fiore is listed as £58, while the others are all £72. Find them HERE.
