How sweet is this? They’ve put lashes and a sleep mask on the packaging and I am sure I feel something close to affection now because it’s almost ….. cuddly! Clever. It also smells gorgeous – I’d very happily drift off to this and it’s going to be very strongly put to the test by Mr BBB who has been to both Singapore and New York in the space of a week.
I’m not having trouble sleeping at the moment so for me this is just a waft of something delicious and soothing as I drift off – it’s really a misconception that you should wait to use something like & Now To Sleep until you can’t sleep. Many sleep issues are resolved by routine and so if this comes to signify bed time to you, then your brain, on those over worked sleepless nights will say, oh, that’s the sleep smell, and sleep may come more easily with an extra blast. It’s a bit like when you think you’re not particularly hungry and you smell food and think, oh wait.. I’ll have a nibble of that!
In terms of what’s inside, it’s frankincense and lavender with a little hop thrown in. I don’t especially like the smell of hops but it’s very much in the background in this mix. I’m really such a fan of aromatherapy and this has all the olfactory ‘relax’ signals so I’m very happy to have it. It’s something to consider for wintery nights when feeling soothed and comforted is so important for cosiness. It’s £18 HERE.
