[unpaid/sample/affiliate/ad] It’s interesting to see how Feather & Down have taken hold of the pillow spray space. I’m starting to replace them in my head over the famous This Works Deep Sleep. Pillow sprays will either work for you or they won’t – I’m not sure there’s any middle point and they certainly won’t ‘cure’ sleep problems. But, if you think about just making your space that bit more pleasant and being open to deserving the best possible space they become one of the little things that add up to meaningful self-care.

Feather & Down Sweet Dreams Pillow Spray Duo

I have been taking advantage of the Breathe Well spray – after the fright of Dora, my immune system gave me a cold (and a massive spot!) which is nicely sharp and ‘medicinal’ enough to at least act as a placebo for my stuffy nose. I always prefer spearmint over peppermint so I wish that they’d used that instead – it’s just much kinder and more soothing I think – but otherwise, I did feel that I was doing one of the very few things you can do to make a cold slightly less unpleasant. I’ve reviewed the Lavender & Chamomile version before – it’s the same gentle, earthy scent that feels grounding and calm. The set is on offer on Amazon for £6.50 HERE.
