Okay, so first, sorry for radio silence over the past few days – I had a terrible reaction to some medication I was prescribed and basically pole axed for five days. Anyway, back now but I’m still needing to take it a bit easy so posts might be less frequent for the next week or so.
On to Nina Ricci Les Gourmandises de Luna. First, I need to say that you will have to be very fond of gourmandes to enjoy this because this is all of it and a bit more besides.
The notes are described as pear granite, pink grapefruit cream, coconut milk, white peony, Sri Lankan sandalwood and caramel.
What I get is caramel, caramel and a bit more caramel. This one has no shame at all in being the desert trolley mash up and just to drive that home, the bottle is adorned with ice cream sprinkles.

I’d be prepared to put money down to bet that you won’t have experienced a skin care texture like this before...
Nina Ricci Les Gourmandises de Luna is the freakshake of fragrances – but look how people love those! If you love that avalanche of sugar – followed some long time after by a tiny bit of flower (peony I suppose) – then you will love this. It has a sister gourmande fragrance – Les Gourmandises de Nina – in a pink sprinkles bottle with heart notes of Maracuja Milkshake and Pina Colada. Goodness!
