It’s hard to remember that it’s still only February with this unusual level of sunshine. I sat outside yesterday to have a cup of tea with my friend at a hotel .. with no coat! But the warm rays have definitely put me in a summery fragrance frame of mind so I pulled out jasmine laden Michael Kors Wonderlust – a big, floral fragrance with a smack of mandarin. I think it was last year – or maybe the year before – that I first reviewed it and second time round the thing that is singing to me about it, aside from the jasmine, is the creaminess of it. Delicious.
But, it also gives me the opportunity to tell you about the next iteration of Wonderlust – Sublime. It’s got all the same creamy jasmine notes but this time, it’s a much fresher fragrance and a bit more tropical. I swear I can smell a coconut note. But, since I have no press release (my own fault) and there is not a single word about it on-line yet, we will have to wait to see the note line-up. I will probably be proved horribly wrong! I love Wonderlust and this new version – in fact, I like the new version better and will give it the full review when I have more information. It’s making me want to book a holiday.
Bearing in mind this sun soak isn’t going to last it might be too soon to swing into a full on summer fragrance, but if you just want that feeling of warmth and blue skies, have a spritz of Wonderlust next time you pass it.
