Christmas Candle Diptyque Fiery Orange

I think we’re spoiled for choice this year when it comes to Christmas candles. Diptyque has taken it next level with their myth based collection of three fragrant, seasonal burners. I like candles to be decorative as well as beautifully scented (honestly, at the prices, I don’t think it’s a big ask for them to look exceptional as well as smell lovely) and this ticks both those boxes and then some. The fragrance is just a delight – it has all the evocative wintery notes such as wood smoke, cloves and oranges and while it’s only a detail, I love that the wax is red. It’s £28 (70g) for a little candle and £48 (190g) for a bigger one HERE.

Diptyque Christmas Candle Set

Fiery Orange carries an emblem of a dragon and is part of three seasonal candles from Diptyque. The others are Unicorn: Frosted Forest and Phoenix: Incense Tears. All three (large) as a set is £144 HERE and the smaller trio is £82 HERE. To give you a head’s up, I could only find the mini trio at the Diptyque web set – sold out at John Lewis and SpaceNK already and I know they had them yesterday! I also noticed that John Lewis is running low on the smaller sizes, having sold out completely of the small size Fiery Orange (I’ve linked you to Space for this). They might well restock but I think it is an indication that this entire collection is just going to disappear from the shelves in double quick time so please don’t delay if you really want them.
