I’ve sort of been saving this post for the right mood – don’t ask me what that is exactly, but I’ve had the candle for a couple of months and in my mind’s eye just kept seeing it as a good mood, sunny day blog, and here we are! Aside from the very obvious vibrancy and quirkiness of the design, the fragrance is all things summer with a burst of jasmine over narcissus and lily with notes of lemon and orange to round it up. There’s a little musk in the down-notes but the over all impression is one of zesty florals.
I’ve had several Ashleigh & Burwood candles now – each one is a joy in its own way – and I’ve not been disappointed with any of them. There’s just so much more to these than plain glass – they’re full of personality both design and fragrance wise, they’re not shy in the throw and I don’t have a single word of complaint! They’re £38 each HERE.
