[affiliatelink] The annual ‘I hate all my clothes’ mood is upon me – I have an absolute safety net of jeans, boots or trainers, white shirt, black jacket or slight variants thereof. It’s rare for me to go flouncy but I met up with my friend Genevieve last night who was wearing such a fab and lightweight, floaty shirt I bought it on the way home! I checked with her first, don’t worry – I’m not usually a style stealer.
So, the polka dot on the sleeve comes out a little bit further than your jacket sleeves so you see that part of it as well if you’re wearing a jacket. The colours go with everything – jeans, black trousers (I have some wide leg silk black ones that this will be excellent with), white jeans – anything. It’s super floaty in silk (that is patterned enough not to show perspiration) and therefore cool, so if you don’t like showing all of your arms in summer, this is an easy alternative option. You will need a little slip underneath because it’s a tie up front (I have tons). Anyway, all this is leading to say I got it 30% off from the only remaining stockist I could find, Harrods, £135.45 (instead of £185) HERE. I got Size M, the same size as Gen and I’m a D cup.
