I bought this purely on a whim – it’s not even in the sale – but absolutely love it for its little bit of glitz amongst the ditsy print. It’s such an easy wear – I’ve got my Uniqlo Heat-Tech top underneath because it’s quite a whispy thing and I’m not that hardy – but I’m wearing it with my black waxed jeans and black boots as I’m off out to a work lunch.
I like for being ageless – there has to be 30 years between me and that model! The collar detail is just enough (gone off round necks) and the button loops are cool without being fussy. The silver shimmery dots really pick up the light with movement – I guess it’s just an upgrade on a basic floaty top. Monsoon isn’t my haunt at all – I rarely go in there but I’m definitely going to make sure I check in more often. The Betty Shimmer Print Top is £49 HERE and goes from size 8 to 20 – I’m wearing a 12 so I’d say they’re generously sized.

Jane,
That looks lovely on you!!! It is an ageless blouse. I wish they would have used you as a model. I am sure it would sell 3x’s as much.
Happy New Year!!
Not sure if my first comment went through, if it did just delete it.
I wanted to wish you a Happy New Year and look forward to enjoying your blog in 2019!
I wish you modeled the blouse on Monsoon, I am sure you would sell 10x’s as much as you have proven the top isn’t just for millennials.
thanks so much Olivia – Happy new year to you! Not sure I’m ready to be a supermodel ;-))) xxx
