I’ll only have scheduled posts Friday through to end of Monday because I’m zipping off with Mr BBB and friends for a quick long weekend break somewhere sunny. I’m certainly not a glam traveller (heh – no Louis Vuitton trunks for me!) but I kind of like to look holiday ready. I spotted this shirt after having shelled out a very substantial amount for a white version in Cos last week.
These versions are in grey or nude and an a-line cut so have a little bit of swing to it which is everything flattering in terms of covering the midsection and bum while making your legs look streamlined. It’s a very reasonable £23 HERE and I’ve already got this ordered on a speed delivery.
Jeans are the perfect travel wear for short haul as long as they’ve got a bit of stretch and also very handy for non-dress days while you’re actually away.This pair from ASOS are cut slightly above the ankle so they’re more summery and a good length to show off your summer shoes. They’re £25 HERE. These are in a dark wash because it’s what I prefer but just as great I think in white or grey.

I think I’ve featured these Fitflops before because I have a pair in black – bottom line here is that everyone thinks they’re Chanel becasue of the camellia like flower on the top. I’ve never had so many comments on a pair of shoes before – too tempting to say they are actually Chanel but I’m a really poor fibber! I’m slightly obsessed with Fitflop and have at least ten pairs – maybe more – I live in them during the summer to the point I’ve worn the grip from the soles on some so I’m going to have to send them off to recycling.
